The Linley Group Names Pensando “Best Networking Chip” in 2020 Analyst’s Choice Awards

We’re very pleased that our Capri processor has been named the Best Networking Chip in The Linley Group 2020 Analysts Choice Awards.
Capri is the silicon heart of the Pensando platform, it’s a custom, programmable processor optimized to execute our software stack delivering cloud, compute, networking, storage and security services wherever data is located, all managed via a distributed Policy and Services Manager.
In their announcement The Linley Group stated that they select the winner on the basis of their “performance, power, features, and cost in the context of their target applications and competition at the time of their release”. They’re also very clear that they exclude any “paper” products.
